Some Details
We can work together in a variety of ways depending on whether you
are local or coming to Maine from a distance. I am flexible and am happy
to work in whatever way works best for you. It's best, but not necessary, if
we can have at least one face-to-face meeting early in the process. Often,
we can do that when you come into town to talk with other vendors. Then
if you are from out of town we can work by e mail or phone or some kind
of video conferencing whether that is FaceTime or Zoom or Fuze or Skype.
Generally, we'll have three meetings during which we'll get to know each other and shape your wedding ceremony. I can work in whatever way is most convenient for you.
I offer pre-wedding counseling as part of our work.
I recommend that you have a rehearsal. It's always better for us to walk through the ceremony, so we aren't trying to figure things out for the first time on the day of your wedding.
I am willing to travel if there is time in my schedule if you cover expenses. I have officiated at weddings from as far south as Key West all the up to Acadia National Park.
